Refunds & Returns

At Your A Gem (youragem.com), every item is handmade with care and inspected before shipment. Because each piece is crafted to order, returns and refunds are limited, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The customer experienced buyer’s remorse (no longer wants the item)

To start a return, contact us at crystalpirela@youragem.com or crystalpirela95@icloud.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

All return requests will be reviewed case by case, considering shipping method, carrier handling, and whether package insurance was purchased.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or our error, Your A Gem covers all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for buyer’s remorse or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

  • We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, incorrect selections, or used items.

Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed between November 1st and January 5th qualify for an extended return period.
During this time, customers have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us about a damaged, defective, or unwanted item.
All other return conditions still apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled case by case:

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, Your A Gem covers shipping costs.

  • If requested for another reason, the customer covers shipping both ways.
    Exchanges will be sent once the original item is received.
