Once we receive your completed dental impression, crafting your grillz typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on demand, but in many cases it can be finished sooner. If you need your order faster, a rush service is available for an additional fee.

❓ How do I get my dental impression?
We highly recommend visiting your dentist to have your dental impression professionally made for the best results. However, if you’d prefer, you can still do the impression yourself using the mold kit we provide.

• If your impression is unusable, we’ll send you a replacement kit at no charge.

• If a second attempt is also unusable, any additional kits will require an extra fee to cover materials and shipping.

❓ Can I get different styles on the same set?
Yes! You can mix and match designs like Solid, Shark Teeth, London Bridge, and Iced Out within the same order. Just be sure to specify your preferences when using the Customizer.

❓ What is “Dental Gold”?

• Do not eat, drink, or smoke while wearing your grillz. Always remove them beforehand.

• Place them in the provided case whenever they are not in use.

• Do not put grillz in your pocket without the case, as this can cause bending or scratching.

• Clean gently with the included cloth to maintain shine.

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Shipping & Returns Disclaimer

• Processing Time: Grillz are handcrafted and customized for each customer. Production takes 2–3 weeks after we receive your dental impression, though completion may be faster depending on current demand. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

• Shipping: Once complete, your grillz will be shipped securely to the address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

• Returns: Because all grillz are custom-made to your dental impression, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your impression is not usable, we will provide one replacement kit free of charge. After two failed attempts, additional kits will require a fee.
